The Bell of Camden Point opened in June 2020 on sixty secluded acres just minutes from the Kansas City Airport — private enough to feel like a true escape, close enough that your out-of-town guests won't think twice.
Every space, from the grand hallway to the reception hall to the getting-ready suites, is climate controlled and connected, so your day moves smoothly from one moment to the next without ever stepping off the property.
On-site management is available throughout your event, though we do recommend hiring a wedding planner or coordinator to help keep the day on track.
One Wedding, One Weekend, All Yours
Book our Weekend Package and The Bell is yours from Friday at 3:00 PM through Sunday at 10:00 AM — with unlimited time to decorate and host your rehearsal dinner in the reception hall, no rush required.
Prefer a single day? Our Daily Package runs from 9:00 AM through midnight, with full setup of tables, chairs, and linens, clean-up, and a complimentary hour of rehearsal time included.

Included in Every Package
Our outdoor ceremony site overlooks a large pond with panoramic country views, secluded on sixty acres behind a private curtain of trees. We accentuate the setting with lights after dark, and a wooden cross is available with the arbor if you'd like it.
Should the weather turn — or you'd simply rather host your ceremony indoors — our chapel is always set up and ready, so you're never left scrambling for a backup plan.
The Reception Hall
Included in Every Package
Our spacious, climate-controlled reception hall is almost 4,500 square feet, lit by nine dimmable iron and crystal chandeliers. Three sets of glass and iron double doors lead out to the patio and ceremony site, and two access doors connect to our warming kitchen with two commercial refrigerators.
Seating & Tables: 300 wooden Chiavari chairs, (24) 7' round tables, (23) 66" round tables, (22) 8'x36" banquet tables, (6) 8'x30" banquet tables, and (6) cocktail tables with 30" or 42" poles.
Bar & Extras: A large granite bar with unique pendulum metal lighting, 2 portable bars, 2 propane heaters, and 8 whiskey barrels round out the space.
The Honeymoon Suite
Available as an Added Package
Extend your celebration with our 4,000-square-foot on-site lodge, just a few steps from the venue. It sleeps up to 16 people comfortably — 1 king bed, 3 full-size beds, and 9 single beds — and comes fully stocked with small appliances.
The lodge also features an indoor endless pool, making it a true weekend-resort option for you and your closest family and friends. Ask us about pairing it with our Weekend Package for unlimited time to decorate and host your rehearsal dinner.

How many guests can the reception hall accommodate?
Our reception hall seats up to 300 guests in wooden Chiavari chairs, with a mix of round and banquet tables available to fit your layout.
Are tables, chairs, and linens included?
Yes — every package includes table and chair setup, linens, a complimentary hour of rehearsal time, and full clean-up after your event.
Can we use our own outside vendors?
We're open to any licensed and insured vendor of your choosing, and we're happy to share referrals if you'd like recommendations.
Is there a space for the wedding party to get ready?
Yes — the Bride's Room includes five makeup stations, a dry bar, and a private restroom, while the Groom's Room features a barn-wood accent wall, its own restroom, and a private patio.
Can we extend our stay with overnight accommodations?
Yes — our on-site Honeymoon Suite lodge is available as an add-on package. It's 4,000 square feet, sleeps up to 16 guests, and includes an indoor endless pool.
